Actually I have many problems with online/offline users since the first time i
build the 1.3.1 candidate (without the new chat style). I couldn't see any
pattern for the bug, but sometimes online users is shown offline. This often
happens when a new user is added, and then I reboot licq.

I'm new at this list, and i would like to know how do you all compile licq
with gdb support. Actually, i can achieve that by hacking the makefile
setting "g++ -g". But is there any more interesting method? I have tried
