[licq-gpg + gpg-agent with empty "passphrase=" doesn't work]
I don't know how gpg-agent works and wheter/how it works together with
gpgme. I just read http://www.hirners.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=2#10
and assumed that it works with gpg-agent and empty passphrase line.

I installed GnuPG 1.9.5 and apparently I have gpg-agent working because it
does not ask for my passphrase a second time when I test it on the command
line, it says the passphrases are good.
If I put my passphrase in ~/.licq/licq_gpg.conf, Licq accepts that and uses
