I don't know - personally I'd be flattered if it was included but it'll be up
to the LICQ developers as to whether it's of high enough standard. Either
way it's not particularly difficult to install seperately.

I just noticed a small cosmetic bug in LICQ's acinclude.m4. At about line 63
it says "relpath=..." but when I compile my plugin that comes up with a
