I have a problem receiving files when my status is "away"(licq-daily
2005-12-07). Being online everything goes fine but when I'm away the
other side (ICQ 5) receives "Sent File : The user has declined your

Can anyone give me some links where I can read the icq (oscar)
protocol, in order to collaborate with licq devel? I've found a few
links googling around, but I'd like to have the protocol documentation
the developers are using.

Thanks for the info. I think it might be a good idea to document
everything we find out by seeing packet dumps. That can save a lot of
time, especially if something has already been "discovered" by one
developer and another one needs that part to implement or fix
something.
