Here I was, thinking that these memory cards were all from East-Germany… :-)

In LilyPond, engraving and tuning are tied together, but it can only handle
ETs, and only multiples of 12 without a special file regular.ly. So I think,

yes
A cautionary and a digit can easily be combined on the macro level...
If a pattern like TFM.LY (Turkish Fol Music) is created, I think it will be
a more rational and progressive solution like MAKAM.LY. I think the use of
numbers for every flat and sharp in the work will make things more
I think so

From what I can see, it is Pythagorean tuning with comma alterations. Is that
what you use?

Well, here's the question: Shall we add such glyphs at all? A
cautionary and a digit can easily be combined on the
bravura method is so complex...
I think so
A combination of makam.ly and this definitions.ily should be easy to do.
But as Werner said, having them in the Emmentaler font (one way or the
other) would be better.

FWIW, SMuFL defines these code points and you can see the style in the
Bravura font. There is a sharp with the number 5, too.
The attachment shows, that they define a fixed glyph combination.
The code in bravura-smufl.ly uses the openlilylib/snippets¹ and it
requires the Bravura font to be
