What is the best way to handle crescendos and decrescendos when they need to start on beat 4 of a whole note for example. Lyrics that start in one voice also disappear when introducing <<...\\ ...>> using spacers for crescendos and decrescendos over a whole note that start on a different beat

When I run this at the command line in Windows 10: lilypond -dshow-available-fonts ...I get a slew of fonts. What are you doing that shows that LilyPond is not finding fonts? Do you have a small example input file that would display the problem? I'm no Windows font expert so I don't know
