by lilypong 2.18 typing c1:9^7 doesn't display Cadd9 anymore, but instead
writes C9 which would be C7/9, and makes the two chords (C9, and Cadd9)
displayed the same way. Is there any whay around this? The setting of
\semiGermanChords doesn'T make any difference. :(

The error seems to be a tex-error. So have you converted
../../templates/paper.ly and ../../templates/midi.ly
or are this original lily-2.0.1 files?

P.S.: Hope I'm not in the wrong lane because I don't know why your dvi-output
is garbled... (I know some things are not shown correctly via xdvi or similar
programs because lily uses some inline
