somewhere, and then timing changes print twice, or other ugly, wrong
oddities appear.
It'd be so much better if this simply wasn't necessary.

the DTP program anyway. How about removing the images entirely from the
.doc? Just add placeholders called image1.pdf, image2.pdf and so on.
Then provide the images separately. It will probably not be more work
for them, as they will have to tear apart the .doc file anyway.

is that music must be
entered twice - errors on paper won't be heard in the midi.
A timeless staff switch would make this easy. Or possibly ties that
tie to the next note on the staff, no matter what voice it belongs to.

But I moved the \include so it comes after the layout score block and
before the midi score block. That worked well.
Thanks for the tip, I didn't think of moving the \include. Being a
programmer, I am so used to have include-stuff on top of the file.
