rk! Removing the steps to build the docs allowed me to proceed - I even got
(some) things to work under Guile 3.0 and with a REPL server coupled with
Geiser!
Speaking of Guile 3.0, I presume the next stable LilyPond release would
"officially" work with it? Or is that further down the road?

I did find that Yasnippet can convert most (?) TextMate snippets to its format.
I found this[1] but they also are rather simple. If anyone has more TextMate
snippets they'd like to share, I could see if I can convert them.

gnize this kind of functionality would be something a subset of power
users would probably want. I would be fine having to compile LilyPond myself in
