If I pause a movie, the music playing in channel 2 pauses as well. But when
I continue the movie, the music doesn't continue. The only way to get it
restarted is to give a new Lingo command which makes the music start from
the beginning. Is there a way to get the music to restart where it left

If you don't actually pause the movie, then you should be able to use
sound(1).pause() and sound(1).play() to continue playing audio at the
point where it was paused.
