Ich weiß nicht welche Soundkarte du hast, aber bist du sicher, daß diese
Karte duplexfähig ist? Linrad erkennt die Karte als "
Here is a short report on my experience with Linrad 2.0
Just tried to get Linrad 2.0 running under Win2k.
It will not recognize the Delta44 nor the on board AC97 sound.
There is an old ESE Solo PCI soundcard still pluged into the mainboard that

Hi all,
I managed to get wlr2-00a on my Win2K System running, using the Delta 44
board as input and on board AC97 as output (tnx Roger and others!).
The following problem still needs to be solved:
After a few seconds in weak signal mode (haven't tried the other modes yet)
I get something like th

System runs OK with the Linux setup.

Hi Dom,
I think my Delta 44 came with a CD that contained a driver for MAC, so it
should be the same hardware. I am in the office now but I can verify later
at home if you want.

Hi Leif,
Winrad 02.04 crashes when selecting one of the modes saying:
You are prompted to the parameter selection screens for the following
reason: "par_wcw file missing"
Setup routine runs fine, par_userint is generated and appears in the winrad
folder.

Hello,
can anyone tell me how to compile Linrad for X11?
I have downloaded Linrad 2-07 and it installed fine under svgalib 1.19.
Now I would like to take advantage of the multi-threaded structure, but I
don't know how to compile.
I guess it is easy, but I need someone to put me in the right direct

Hi everyone,
I use several switchable crystals in my DC receiver. They are all surplus and
some of the have rather "odd" frequencies. I would like to be able to change
the frequency scale above the main waterfall and so adapt it to the actual
frequency. Normaly it is not a problem to do the ca

Hi Leif and all,
I am getting major crashes of OSS when playing back .raw files with xlinrad.
2.19 and 2.17 seem to do the same. After a few minutes of playback there is a
short beep and sound disapears. "Soundoff" and re-"soundon" does not help,
although OSS sends no failure message at re-start

Hello Leif,
there seems to be significant increase from 02.23 to 02.27 regarding the CPU
usage.
On my system (AMD Duron 1,3 GHz, 512Mb RAM) I see the following figures:
Linux (Suse 9.1):
02.19 (02.23 is the same)
FFT2 off: 19%
FFT2 on: 37%
02.27
FFT2 off: 36%
FFT2 on: 53%

Hello Leif,
I use VESA 1280x1024 @ 60Hz / 24bit with X11.
The values I sent before are with a signal selected. Percentages change a
little with the selected filter bandwidths (+-3%).
Without selecting a signal the figures are:
02.27:
no FFT2: 12%
with FFT2: 28%
02.19:
no FFT2: 9%
with FFT2: 2
Hi all,
I got hold of an E-MU1212 192kHz/24bit soundcard which I would like to use with
my Linrad setup. I have it running under W2K at 192kHz but I have not
discovered how to set the sampling rate under Linux (Suse 9.1).
OSS soundcard autodetection finds the card as "sound blaster audigy2 value
...this is just to put Heinz in the right direction.
Hallo Heinz,
Linrad unter Windows läuft mittlerweile problemlos. Einfach wlr2-34.zip (288422
bytes) von der Linrad Seite runterladen, entpacken und installieren.
Solltest du dazu noch Fragen haben kann ich dir vermutlich helfen.
