I think that the problem was gone by fixing the channel online. This
early morning, DRASDB server also ran backup without z/VM hang
problem.

Thank you for your advise. I checked the C200-C277 volumes, and there
are some volumes related with DRASDB server which was in backup state.
I just set to online Chpid DA now. I'll check the status for tomorrow
backup schedule.

A few months ago, I've upgraded z/VM 5.1 to 5.2 for two Linux LPARs.
