It looks like the I2C gate on the demod is closed, and the tuning code is unable to reprogram the tuner. I don't know why off hand, I've never used radio personally. It also looks like the demod is also not responding to i2c read requests. After this error occurs, does DVB-T and/or analog tv

What is the status of the driver, I saw that a S2-firmware were posted by [EMAIL PROTECTED] quite recently and http://linuxtv.org/hg/~stoth/hvr4000 +seems to have been updated quite recently. It's currently being developed, the hvr4000 tree is the best place to find any recent patches.
