Conntrackd RA from Dominik Klein works. We can now successfully
migrate/fail from one node to another one.
At the begining, we have problems with failing. After reboot/fail, the
slave was not synced with master. After some debuging I found, that the
conntrackd must not be started at boot

Heartbeat starts the script / etc / init.d / postgresql stop but does not
launch the script / etc / init.d / postgresql start.
All other service starts and stops well.
