Hi all, Sorry for being off-topic, but I think there are others interested. I want to make a very quiet PC without paying a lot for the newest cases that allow that. I thought about buying a VIA C3 and no fan. Does anyone here have anything to say about this? Such as: Is it stable? Is it fast? I
