In SuSE's admin tool YaST you can choose wether the hardware clock is set to GMT or local time. Maybe you got this wrong ? Alternatively make sure that your /etc/rc.config contains something like this: -- # # Set to -u if your system clock is set to GMT, otherwise . # GMT= # #
