well, i had a very bad experiance with both the devices ( i bought a
few, different models, all had severe problems), and support - i got an
automatic reply saying the usual staff like update firmware

Buy from the web - just make sure you are not putting phones together
with PCI cards as they tend to get it delayed in the customs.
For the 100X(P) models I would go searching in EBay, I got mine for 10$
works great in the last year.
For the Analog Digium cards, double check and recheck

exclusive distribution rights in Israel and they have the typical
service of a Israeli company run by engineers - none.
