speedtest.fresh.co.il and I'm rated at 200k/sec (I have a 2.5mbps

Currently my office has 1 NT server doing DHCP for our whole building. We'd like to move to ISC DHCP with failover. However, we need DHCP to give certain options like: Wins Servers, NTP Server, SS7 Server (for VOIP phones), etc. Does anyone know how to configure these types of options in ISC DHCP?
