I know it is not directly Linux related, but hey, I am using it with
Asterisk on Linux! ;-)
I have got an Sipura SPA-3000 VoIP adapter and want to use it with Bezeq for
calling out.
For some reason when I dial dialtones on the phone, Bezeq does not recognize
them properly and makes mistakes
Try changing the impedance settings to 270+750||150nF so it will match the

I have a feeling that most of the PCI fax cards are really Windows type fax

preferential. This is a kin to the problem with ADSL or Cable Modem where an
external router or certain external modems work. But a lot of

The round trip time to a well connected (read: 0% packet loss)

SIP doesn't actually carry voice,

Hi all!
Yesterday Erez (Doron) gave a talk to Telux about receiving Private Satellite
Television on Linux. The talk was very interesting, and I found it especially
encouraging that many people came to hear the talk and the room was at least
half-full. I'd like to thank Erez for volunteering to

I guess so - that's how mobile modems are used. They just emulate
serial AT protocol on top of USB. NetworkManager will generally
auto-detect and configure them.
