DVB-T be-all: tuning failed for 754mhz

Hi all, I am running a Terratec DVB Cinergy T stick MKII under openSUSE and cannot find all the channels available in my region (Brussels). I have all the channels from on 482Mhz but none on 754mh, whereas on Windows I receive both. How can it be that it does not fully work under linux? Is there
