This problem is because of WP pin in hardware just cut trace of wp pin from
nand to A20. it will work.
or else keep WP as pullup.

drivers/block/sunxi_nand/src/scan/nand_id.c in the sunxi-3.4 branch. If it
doesn't work then some debugging of nand_scan.c may be required.
