I use 2.6.10 kernel and pppd-2.4.3 on Fedora Core 3 distr.
I configure my pppd to connect to internet via 3Com 56k Business Modem (USB).
Everything is fine.
But when i want disconnect from internet i do: 'killall pppd'.
