Well, that is what I am asking. Is there support for this adapter?

How do you send the setup packet of the VENDOR_DEVICE?

The otuput of dmesg will tell you which device it i
s?
Also, once you plug a USB device into a system running Linux (such as the
USB floppy drive or maybe a USB memory stick) is there an easy way to find
out which device it was assigned without having to try mounting all the sd?
devices before you get the right one?
Thanks in
mpilable, as far as I can tell.
Anyway, I'm not sure how many folks are using this driver and I was
wondering if I was the only one who had tried to compile it.

Has anyone been able to compile the usbide driver under the 2.6.0 test
kernels? I've tried, but it looks like changes have been made to both
the usb core and the block devices functions that render it unable to be
compiled.
Has anyone else had any success?

Hi all.
I just got hold of one of these cameras, but I'm having some trouble
connecting to it in Linux.
When I connect the camera, I see this in dmesg:
hub.c: new USB device 00:07.2-1, assigned address 10
usb-storage: act_altsettting is 0
usb-storage: id_index calculated t
there I'm
stuck. I tried lsusb, but it doesn't show anything.
Any suggestions or pointers?
