Just got around to answering this. I have no clue, and I'm not
familiar enough with SuSE to guess wisely. My only recommendation is
to run Netscape with the console redirected to a file so

My kmail (2.2.1 as comes with Caldera 3.1) will not send mail. However,
netscape and sylpheed will. I just need to get it to a smarter host
on the same network. Nothing fancy. kmail receives mail ok. Just won't
