The errors you are getting are usually from old modules still laying around.
try following the v4l-dvb installation how-to:

In your case I would first remove the installed modules:
make rminstall
I would then check for any extra vloopback module still laying around
and remove it.
Then proceed with a new installation following the how-to,
and install vloopback from source:
I've been trying to fix a problem with one of my computers that is preventing
me from using gstreamer with uvc cameras for a while now. I asked on the
gstreamer lists recently, but got no answer.
