Yes, architecture with ARCH_SUPPORTS_DEBUG_PAGEALLOC should not build
mm/debug-pagealloc.o. I attach the patch to remove old declaration.

changed alloc_bootmem() to kzalloc(),
but missed to change free_bootmem() to kfree().
So correct it.
