the extended call for adoption for this document is now over.
From the replies received we can conclude that the WG does think that:
1) It is worth creating a registry for LISP type messages.
2) One entry should be reserved for Experimentation purposes.
Hence, there is consensus in

that to have an entry for experimentation will be helpful.

Yes, we are doing some experiment on LISP network and a reserve entry
will help to avoid any

adopted as a WG item:

Here starts a 14 day call for adoption, this call will end on
Tuesday the 12th July, 2016.
