I've just done a load of browser tests of CSS3 in Flock and Safari.
Here are my specs -
Flock Version: 0.7.4.1
Safari Version: 2.0.4
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4.7
Hardware: iBook G4 1.33 with 768MB RAM

I'm playing around with some lovel web 2.0 inspired
layouts, and found out that ie5 can't handle transparent png's. I also came
across some z-index problems with IE
FF has no problems which is great.
So does anyone have a hack for transparent png's or
do the later versions of IE come

If you want to mark up a whole page as RTL, you should put the dir
attibute on the HTML element and not on the BODY element.
The W3C'S Internationalization Best Practices recommends adding
dir=rtl to the html tag any time the overall document direction is
right-to-left.
