For my 10# propane tank (and I'm sure it'd accomodate a 20# easily),
I've got a pair of stainless tubes bent into L shapes, with some plates
welded to them on the upright sections, holding them parallel and a few
inches apart. There are pegs sticking out of the bottom sections that
catch/hold the
