I cloned a course from last spring, and my URL links are not working. I
think perhaps this is related to a browser change rather than a change in
lon-capa? I am also not able to right-click and open in a new window, or new
tab (Firefox). That just opens another tab or window with the loncapa frame,
Thank you. I have been switching to plain text to enter Greek, but the
method of hand written html is awkward on a web page longer than a couple
paragraphs with more advanced structure. I was hoping that I was not seeing
a button on the menu.

As a relatively new user, I found the colorful editor essential in learning
to write proper problems. The colors are gaudy, but that really helps your
eye in tracking since some nested boxes can become span several screens.
My main issue as a beginner with the colorful editor was the lack of
co
ny tables of different widths so the
columns don't line up through the entire course; 4) They integrated with

It may be easier to use the spreadsheet. There is a good thread on a good
way to do this in Feb 2015 archives.

There was a bug #6653 that was fixed in loncapa ver 2.11. What version are
you running? Click the little computer icon to see the loncapa version
number. I see a couple other bugs reported for maxima with unordered
responses for example.

I have constructed a problem similar to yours, but I don't have time to

My problems have constructed multiple parts. We used an image on the

Hi Gene,
I would take advantage of this also. I see some matrix operations available,

tolerance gets clobbered by the value from the hint and the problem is graded

Hi Mark,
It looks like you are wanting to display the tolerance in the hint? This can be
done if you set the tolerance as a variable in the script. In the test
environment this works OK. I have not tried to include it in a course.
This problem provides hints if the answer is wrong but within 1
