When I connect to the clients by telnet, I can't 'su'. I get incorrect
password. I had assumed that the clients would use the servers user
list, and associated passwords. Can I get around this ?, or is there
another option in order to reboot the clients via telnet.

RH7.2 Server, provides dhcp OK, but client reports Loading kernel,
then sleeps.
tcpdump on Server reports udp port tftp unreachable (DF) [tos 0xc0].
I have built several systems before, but cannot find the cause of this.
