Reading the lubuntu news, i've found that the new pdf reader is evince... i
thought we wanted to get a fast and independent OS, how is it working adding
a gnome based application? It's faster than epdf and/or uses less ram than
epdf?

Regarding the unmanaged wired network part, it is something that we are
aware of seems to stem from the fact the cli install takes ownership of
the wired network (else you could not complete the install :-) )
