I propose to begin with this schedule : Wednesday, 7:00 PM UTC, starting
on the 23th.
If that's 7:00pm GMT time, it means it's 11:00pm my time. My time is +4
GMT. If that's the case, I'm ok with that. I don't care about the day, all

wrong with the disk I/O performance which may cause such problem.
The disk I/O is very slow right now and doesn't response for several
minutes for common commands in shell.
