[Lubuntu-desktop] Artwork for 11.04

Hi, Since we only have 1 proposal for the artwork, the choice will not be too difficult :) We will have Ozone theme by Raphael : https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/Artwork/Incoming/Natty/Ozone I'll begin to update the packages with this. Installer slideshow will also be updated to match the theme.
