another quick test: the alpha runs great, fast and quite stable. Some problems with pcmanfm2 , but its still in developement so thats okay (for example no auto-mount of usb drives, and i couldn't mount my usb-sticks at all). the new design is great. I also like Leszek's idea: is it too late for

Alpha 3 Live session runs in 128MB RAM but launching an application crashes it, not surprising really. Install takes about 1½ hours, not bad considering lack of speed and memory, slow(4x) CD drive as well. Neither CDs or flash drives auto-mount, though the floppy drive now appears.
