This is my first time installing LUbuntu 11.04 and I am trying it on
an eeePC with a 4 gb SSD. The installer says I need 5.4 gb free space
to install.
I thought LUbuntu was light weight, so I'm curious if that system
requirement is correct or not.

This seems to be a bug (or mistake) ...
I agree; this issue is made worse because there is no obvious or easy
way to tell the installer I know what I am doing, install anyway if it

Hi.
I've reviewed the pt_BR translation for obconf. I've sent a bug report
upstream ( https://bugzilla.icculus.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4843 ) which God
only knows when will be accepted as there are many updated translations
there that haven't been integrated in the git code. Anyway that bug report

Thank you Jonathan.
I did not do any beta versions, so I am not sure wether wubi worked
with them or not. You mention to try as a normal graphical installer

I just checked in /usr/share/ubiquity/gtk/stepPrepare.ui (I can't
immediately recall the exact location of this file in the source code) and
the hard coded value there is 3GB, meaning that it's pulling a value from
somewhere. I did a regular Ubuntu install and seem to recall it saying 4.x

Rafael,
As always your attention to detail is outstanding. I personally prefer the
blue CD but they are both amazing. Well done, keep up the great work.
