Almost assuredly. You can do it through the software-properties-gtk,
and you can do it through the terminal

The other alternative to 'sudo apt-get dist-upgrade' is 'sudo
do-release-upgrade'.
'sudo dist-upgrade' can be programmed into a shell script, while 'sudo
do-release-upgrade' can't. This is useful for those like me who forget
(or would rather not) abruptly upgrade to the next release.
