unfortunately, as far as I know, these parts didn't survive.
The lute part can be found online in the Warsaw library:

There (and as I fear nowhere else) are no otehr parts.

Uniwersytecka, Oddział Zbiorów Muzycznych); it is incomplete, missing
the oboe/violin and cello parts.
If you can't find it elsewhere, perhaps you could contact the library
directly . . .
