Hi, Miles & Rainer,
Using C as the root gives you the standard accidentals C# / Eb / F# / G# / Bb.
If I'm not mistaken, I believe that using G as the root will give you D#
instead of Eb. (As I remember the OT-120 has a different way to get a D# in
1/4-comma meantone: in the temperament
I use C as the root.

This setting was not available on my old Korg OT-12
