Hi all... I have noticed that * sections (section*, c) aren't added to the TOC... I think this has it's good and bad points. Would it be too hard to have them on the TOC (maybe at user's convenience) with a * in front of them? E.G: TOC: * Preface * Acknowledgements Part 1 1. Introduction
