Hi, configuration put lyx 1.1.6fix1 by default in /usr. I think it would be better if it was in /usr/local (a personnal desire, feel free to discard it, but all the other softs I ever installed with ./configure;make;make install were installed in /usr/local). Though, there is a real problem

Can anyone give me the complete idiots guide to getting lyx to use the docbook format? I can't seem to get the sgml-tools and lyx etc. to play nice and export docbook. Any help would be appreciated? --Darryl

This is a rather odd question (and a bit OT) so apologies. I have a list of things that I want to itemize, but they won't fit on one slide; so I tried using a table. Thing is, I want bullets to appear in front of each table entry. Is there a way to do this? Many thanks, Sarah
