Hi everybody Is there anyone using the cd-box class successfully? On Herbert Voss' excellent homepage it is said to be availible on a standard lyx installation, but I didn't find it on my version 1.1.6fix3 (on SuSE 7.2). After a search on the internet I found it but only in a version of 1999.
