I would like to illustrate the chapter pages of a book in this way. The

setup.ini, that comes with the compressed file. Then follow again the
instructions.
The problem is, for me, when I try to start LyX 1.1.6fix4. It complained
of a missing dll (namely, cygregexp.dll, or something
