They do not - they are just an lyx paragraph of scrap type in a noweb layout
document type. After lyx exports to noweb format, noweb (notangle) can be
used to collect the scraps and build the source from them.

Is there a way to get around the 4 deep limit on an enumeration? I am making
an outline and it would be nice to go to a depth of 5.
