Note that the folder
C:\Aspell\dict\
is used for aspell 0.50.5 LyXWin 1.4.1 needs aspell 0.60.
You can leave aspell 0.50.5 on your computer to use it for LyX 1.3.7.

configure with the Q../Free framework? As I believe that is responsible

Is there a way to make a caption (in a float) read down to up?

For the section numbers:
