David If they don't have full Acrobat, they can't annotate the PDF files directly as far as I know, so what to do? What works best for you? They don't need the full version of Acrobat, its you that needs it. The annotation feature is built into Adobe reader, but must be activated

Ok, I will install MikTex 2.6 and see what happens. Anyway, the diagrams I needed I did with MS Word, then printed as PDF file and then included in the Lyx file, and the quality is good enough. I will post again if I can fixe the problem with the 2.6 version. Thank you /Angel -- View this
