Chapters are simply numbered -- their names are simply "Chapter Fourty One",

Agreed, there was no problem. Just an error on my part. Didn't realize
that even though I was a user with admin privg., I still have to manually
give myself full control to the hard drive in order for the latex to update
it's dB. Thanks for the installer, it was very straightforward to use.
