Hi, I'm running 1.6.2 in Debian. My problem is that after changing from 1.6.1 to 1.6.2 all of a sudden hyphenation does not work any more. I am using english as the document language. Since didn't see any warning and I ran a test with a file that I converted from LyX to LateX. Everything goes

1. In trying to upgrade from 1.6.1 under Kubuntu 8.10 64 bits I found only packages that could not be installed since it was the wrong architecture. Is there a place where I can find Lyx 1.6.2 for 64 bits Linux? 2. When trying to import a Latex file into Lyx it gagged on the

Hi all. I've discovered a (maybe) strange behaviour: - master document, language=italian - child document, language=english When i pdflatex the master document, the resulting document follow the italian setting til the point where the child document it's inserted, then starting with english.

language and master and child documents

Hi all. I've discovered a (maybe) strange behaviour: - master document, language=italian - child document, language=english When i pdflatex the master document, the resulting document follow the italian setting til the point where the child document it's inserted, then starting with english.

Automating Index Entry Removal

I'm using text from one document (which has an index) in another document (which will not have an index). Is there a way I can bulk delete all the [Idx] insertions in the copied text? The standard search-and-replace dialog box doesn't recognize the three-character string as a valid search term.
