In absence of the official maintainer (Uwe Stöhr) of LyX Alternate Installer for Windows, I've stepped in and created 'unofficial' installer for LyX version 2.0.0rc2. As I'm not a LyX developer, I'm not really sure about the quality of this installer. It worked for me, though. For
