Hi, I should add the MikTeX itself is working fine, I can generate PDFs from tex files without problem. As I just found out, it seems that PDFs generated from LyX are also fine and respect the chosen class. So the only problem seems to be that LyX thinks that the classes are not installed even

Adding to my previous comment about problem with 1.6.7., I get these error messages for all .lyx files. Attempting to view dvi 'An error occurred whilst running dvipdfmx -p a4 -o filename' and view PDFLateX error 'File does not exist
